My name is Raphaël Demonthy and I’m working as a lighting designer and programmer specialising in TV-, corporate- and live shows, musicals and automotive presentations.

 

During the last 10 years, I have worked on many different shows together with artists, creative directors and/or lighting designers all over the world. I have designed and/or programmed for some well-known artists and for well-known products shows (references list here).

In 2017 and 2018, I was main showlight programmer and lighting director showlights at the Eurovision Song Contest, the second largest television and music show in the world.

Due to the fact that my task area is wide-ranging, I have collected a wide range of experience and it is never too late to learn more.

To me light is like music, I work with a "light orchestra" and I’m the "light-conductor".

 

My goal is that artists and customers feel comfortable and to express wishes and feelings through lighting.
